There seeems to be a lot of them. And something for everyone. I think my wife might like more zumba.

Varied activities and group classes with knowledgeable instructors. Very open atmosphere and staff are friendly and welcoming.

Like the convenience of being able to come in early...

Mens sauna and steam room along with a pool of saline water is an added premium.

Haven't joined in on classes, weights, etc.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I'm a swimmer, and the beautiful pool is great and well-maintained. The lifeguards are especially personable and conscientious. (Scheduling them predictably has been a bit of a challenge, but when they're there, they're great.)

I also appreciate the personable front-desk staff who always greet me in a friendly way.

The men's locker room is a good facility to use, day in and day out, clean and healthy.

I don’t really utilize the programs, but the staff is great and I love the facility. I would love to see a child care option so I could drop off my kids while I workout for an hour.

I have been attending a class with John for over one year and am amazed at my own improvement in strength training...his knowledge, determination and engaging personality make it a joy to work out. So happy to know that we can now attend 5 days working out with him. He is a gem! He is a keeper!

The staff is great, friendly and helpful. I take class from John at 10:00 and he's very good, too. I like the coffee and lounge area. The facility is great since the remodeling. On the otherhand, I don't like paying $2.00 each time I visit the building.

Varied offerings. Qualified instructors. I wish there were more beginner classes. Entering a class is intimidating when many of the participants have been practicing for awhile

What do you like about our programs and activities?

My wife and I are pleased, and impressed, with what the Central Parkway YMCA has to offer. While are participation in classes and other programs is limited, we are frequently users of what the YMCA has to offer in terms of exercise equipment and facilities.

Also, everyone on the YMCA staff is always friendly, courteous and helpful.
