Nice, clean, large gym that is never too busy to get my workout done.
The only issue no parking. It costs me $ 2.50 extra to park for every workout. It's a downtown gym so I guess it's to be expected. It still frustrates me every time.
the staff was tremendous in accommodation as I was new and had questions that was need answering
Very good and standard equipments
I love the group fitness classes, and the variety of classes to choose from each day. The Central Parkway Y has done a great job of catering to the working crowd in the timing of classes. All the instructors are very friendly. The gym itself is very nice and updated. I belonged here before the renovation and I'm still always impressed at the transformation every time I walk through the front doors!
This is a very nice gym only thing sucks is you have to pay for parking which is why I barely come to this ymca
I do love using the lap pools and fitness equipment. However, the thing I like most about is knowing my membership helps children and families grow who otherwise would not be able to paeticipate. That's much more motivating than my personal fitness benefit.
I used to swim a mile every other day. Then knee accident prevented me from exercising AT ALL for 2 years. But I just couldn't cancel my membership knowing it might impact even one kid in need.
A sign at the Clippard YMCA said it best, "Together, we can create a better us." I'm very proud to say I'm a member of the YMCA.
different types of classes.
We live in Anderson and travel to this location because of the extremely nice and professional staff, the cleanliness of the gym, how it's not crowded during the times we visit. I would suggest that someone clean out the women's lockers, sinks, showers, and bathroom floors more often. But I love this location.
Great equipment, great atmospheres. My trainer is great!
Great all-around class program; up to date facilities; wonderful staff.
new facilities, staff are more friendly than my neighborhood y in Westwood.
I love all the classes. I like how clean the facility is. Great and friendly employees
All machines work
Clean facilities
Great assortment of machines
I don’t take advantage of this.
Community-oriented and anyone at any level can partake
Convenience ease of access and not overcrowded
The facility is very nice, and clean. The equipment is top of the line and easy to use. The front desk attendants are really nice and polite. The location is phenomenal, as I work a couple blocks over from the facility, which makes it easier to work out and hit the job afterwards. Investing in the membership was definitely worth it
Scheduling classes at different times.
The complete spectrum of activities which you offer.
The pool, the sauna, mostly. Sometimes I use the machines.
Your other programs sound very good. Partly due to time constraints, and the fact that I already do QiGOng etc, I am not availing myself of the many programs..
I may start Silver Sneakers work out at some point
I am enjoying the Silver Sneakers class with John. Everyone was so welcoming, helpful and friendly. I look forward to trying the Zumba and yoga.
Location, classes, convenience of amenities, membership for all
Love them!
I like the classes and appreciate that they are included with the membership.
It's a flexible atmosphere.
I'm new, though, and feel like I could use an orientation.
None was ever offered.
I like that the pool is always open to lane swimmers and that there aren’t any swim teams trying to monopolize the pool like they do at other Ys in the area.
The class leaders and staff are so welcoming.
Allows better fitness and growth.
I like the times of all of the classes, I attended
Used to like the towels in the locker room and the soap in the showers

Great facilities and equipment. It can get a little crowded at times and the Kettlebell selection is subpar. Perhaps, offer more class times as it seems like they're only available early morning and evening. Other than that, I love this place!
