What do you like about our programs and activities?

They are very nice. Wish they would have morning sessions of pickleball for seniors starting at 8:30 or 9:00 - Monday thru Friday.

Also, regulate the young people who play on their cell phones when you want to use a weight machine. It’s bad and is a turn off. You should have a NO cell phone use when using the weight machines.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Pool is at a good temperature for vigorous exercise unlike most YMCA indoor pools. The facilities are pretty nice, but with that historic Cincinnati feel.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I find the group power class very effective for strength and cardio fitness. I love the that Yoga is programmed after the group power class. I find that these two classes complement each other. The teachers are knowledgeable, friendly, enthusiastic, and inspiring. The trainers, front desk personnel and staff are also terrific for the same reasons. I feel seen and feel that Charlotte and all of the staff care about my fitness goals. I also appreciate that the facility is clean, well maintained, filled with natural light and the equipment feels top notch.
