What do you like about our programs and activities?

Since I am almost 80, 4'10", with back problems, the only activity I can utilize is the pool. AND you have the best pool, fresh towells, and the cleanest locker room in the whole city! I have my own locker so I don't need to carry things back and forth and I can reserve a lane on my phone, what more could I want (besides losing 10 pounds and 20 years, that is)?

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the gym in it's entirety. With all of the amenities that are offered, from swimming, aerobics, Yoga, Zumba, Cycling. Plus the cardio machines, weights, private showers, sauna and steam rooms take the cake!

I enjoy coming to the ymca everyday with my family and working out. We go to the steamroom sauna room and fitness room . my son and daighter loves going to the basketball erea staying fit is what i enjoy.

I like that there are a lot of varieties. I also like that classes happen at times when I'm not at work.

Diversity of activities and levels. Only criticism-get a decent evening yoga teacher. Very disappointing given the high quality in the past. No reason to settle.

Very clean and safe facility, all machines kept in working order, many opportunities for group classes as well as enough cardio machines to meet demand
