Handball Courts
The walls do need fixed though. We have relatively large handball community that would join the Y if the courts were better maintained. It’s not expensive.

The Y is a wholesome place to exercise. Not only has it become a place where I remain physically fit, but it has become a place where I have enjoyed making new acquaintances. Wonderful, friendly staff and well maintained.

I feel challenged to be the best at my level.. It great to share the same goals with people of diverse backgrounds. The best part is it's fun.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I use the Y only for swimming and love the saline pool and the great lifeguards, most especially John. The struggles with water temperature this winter have been distressing. I have arthritis, and swimming is an exercise that helps, but water that’s too cold invalidates the benefit. Now that the temp is back to its previous 80-82 range, I’m happily able to enjoy it again.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Enjoy all the folks who work there. Equipment and facilities are excellent. The App works well. My fellow members seem happy and content. The only drawback is something the Y can't control and that is that Americans are in love (or behaviorly programmed) with a consumerist death culture propelled by predatory capitalism. And the metrics for obesity and declining life span back this up.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The Y schedule has a wonderful group workout schedule. Pilates, yoga, strength training, TRX, spinning and more that I join in on. The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. I know that my health has benefited. In addition, the fitness and aerobic areas allow me to workout anytime. Wonderful facilities, but enough about me, time to swim. I more thing the staff are friendly and helpful. Thanks for keeping the coffee fresh Mark.
