I appreciate you offering a wide range of programs especially geared toward those of us who use Silver Sneakers.
Anyone interested in staying fit, meeting new people and having access to a multitude of fitness programs will find your course offerings a delight. The availability of exercise machines is definitely a plus. Chelsea’s Zumba class is great!
The group class reminders are excellent. Your staff is professional, courteous and the facility is clean. There’s always parking spaces available.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I attended a wonderful Zumba class Saturday morning led by Mariluz. It was energetic, upbeat, and the Latin music was fantastic. Mariluz' instruction accommodated both newbies and the more experienced while we danced/exercised away many calories.(I torched 400+) Additionally, it was a great turn-out: they're going to need a bigger room!

I like the heated pool. The convenience of water walking and the time allotted is great. Also the machines in the exercise room are helpful. Clean!
