You have a great Silver sneakers program. You are open morning to night, so I can come to exercise any time a day. Its easy.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

At this point enjoying working out 2 to 3 times a week in the fitness center room. Will be using the open gym for other activities as my schedule allows.

I love the lap swimming reservation system! It makes planning so easy. I also love the lessons my daughter has had with Bea. She is INCREDIBLE!

Exercise programs keep me active and are a challenge to my physical abilities but provide a social avenue. I have made several good acquaintances and look forward to see them at my programs.
