What do you like about our programs and activities?

I was able to attend a series of meetings on caregiving for someone with dementia. How very nice that the YMCA facility was open for this program.

A friend invited me to Silver Sneakers, and I really enjoyed the session and hope to return whenever possible.

The women at the front desk was very helpful and nice.

I like that the facility is clean & well maintained. I feel welcomed by the staff and members. I love the childcare staff and so do my kids.

The hours of operation are gooo. Would like to see earlier hours on weekends (7:00 on Sundays, 8:30p all days)

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like cycle, swimming, and other exercise. I regularly reserve my space of, spin class, lap swim, Hiit, and Barre class. I am satisfied all class and appreciate each trainer.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like being able to water walk; Love silver sneakers and especially AOA dance fitness.Would like to see more silver sneakers classes: yoga would be good. Difficult to get down and up off of floor, so traditional yoga is out, but it would be so good for seniors
