I love the Dance Fitness Class for AOA. It is fun and is the right level of cardio and overall fitness and flexibility. The teacher is excellent. It's also easy to get into the class without having to worry about wait lists. In only a few weeks of taking the class, I feel stronger, healthier, with more vitality and more positive mood, I look forward to this class and have invited my friend (also a member) to join the class. She loves it as well and plans to encourage her husband to join us.

You have a variety of water classes. Aquatic workouts are an excellent way to get the exercise you need with minimal joints and muscle stress. I love water workouts.

I have not yet participated in any programs or activities. I enjoy working out in the fitness center. It is opportunity to workout with up-to-date equipment At 69 I know the importance of taking care of my physical body. Even when I do not feel like working out; I push myself!
