I have recently rejoined after having back surgery, so I have not been able to use many of your classes. I am getting back into things very slowly. I’ve only been to one yoga class so far. However, I have enjoyed the family swim with my grandchildren.
The workout room is beginning to show some wear and tear. Some of the seats for the machines are torn and recently there were used paper towels in more than one area.

Programs with instructors
YMCA overall mission is critical at a time we as a nation couldn't be more divided, but yet we have so much to learn and overcome.
At Blue Ash all is well, and my highlights are the fitness area, indoor pool, sauna, and the spinning classes (especially with Joe, the best instructor ever).
One suggestion: the fitness area could use better rowing machines that quiter and more effective like Concept2 RowErg.

There are programs for all ages and aspirations. The staff is great!
I mostly use Ferris Pool, weight room, and locker room. All equipment, pools, hot tub, steam room, showers are in great condition. Spacious athletic facilities without fancy spa prices!!

I like the workout room (it is clean and not smelly) and the open pickleball time. Areas for improvement:
1) more open pickleball time during open gym times even if it is 1/2 of court AND
2) Beginner pickleball lessons/clinic.
Because of its popularity, we have and will continue to have an influx of new players that need to learn the basic rules and develop basic skills. A beginner class or clinics would be a big asset to the YMCA family. Thank you

I love the AOA class! It’s super fun, great place to meet people, and a terrific workout.
Would recommend more 5 pound weights for the class.

Disappointed that the y is not the pre- Covid YMCA.
