The majority of programs are included in the monthly fee. I take advantage of the early open hours, M-F at 5am, with swimming and spinning and a couple of evening sessions of InTrinity (Joe is an awesome instructor of InTrinity and spinning). Love the Yogalates program taught by Leon on Saturday morning as well as the early AM spinning class Saturday. The location is convenient (right off Ronald Reagan Hwy) with ease of access and plenty of parking. The friendly faces at the front desk are also a plus.

The variety of fitness classes at various times and excellent instructors is appreciated.
Cleanliness could be a bit better! And replace old, torn exercise mats.

Great Programs , friendly staff
We only use the exercise room. We like the availability of equipment. The people at the front desk are always pleasant. I did not like the Zumba class that I tried - found the instructor not to be helpful or interested in a newcomer. I'm an experienced dancer, so I could have done the routines.
I have not started a s yet but I am looking forward to yoga and weight lifting
