Bea was an incredible swim instructor during the parent/child class.
She was professional, yer it was very clear she had a way with children. It’s clear she is extremely knowledgeable and has ability to connect with her clients

What do you like about our programs and activities?

My only activity is lap swimming. I have been able to get appointments consistently but not necessarily at my preferred times. As long as I am able to obtain appointments, I will remain happy with the Blue Ash YMCA.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Swim lessons teachers are professional, knowledgeable and kind.
Both of our kids looked forward to the lessons each week and learned a lot during our time there.

Thanks for offering adult swim lessons - I benefitted greatly from the program. After just 15 lessons my fear is gone. I am a more confident and skilled swimmer!

I use your facility to swim three times a week. I really like the idea/policy that I can reserve a lane two days ahead of time. All the staff I have run into at the reception and at the pool are always nice and courteous.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The staff remembers my name and says , "Good morning" each day. The lifeguards are the best ever, Linda takes an interest in all of her swimmers. We love her. I volunteer in the YMCA garden because I love to help out and give back. The people I meet are my friends. It's my home away from home. I feel so accepted.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Pool is large and comfortable, staff is informed and friendly. Staff accepts my seizure alert dog wherever I go, respecting her job. Life guards are very friendly, taking the effort to remember every “regular” by name.hubby enjoys the treats left out for him to devour once he exercises. Thank you.

I strongly support continuing the steam and sauna by appointment only. Its a simple process, keeps members safe and guarantees a time for members to use the facilities.
