I attend the Silver Sneakers classes. The attendees are friendly and welcoming. The instructors respect the different levels of ability. Thank you for providing this opportunity to get moving.

Great facility and wonderful service. New to the Y but it has been nothing but awesome. Only recommendation would be to up date the locker rooms.

I enjoy the group classes. Instructor is great, she makes everyone feel welcome. Even if I’m not that great at the exercises. Nobody judges you, I will continue the classes. Especially the body pump. Thank you
