I have only participated in the aqua fitness classes. In them I enjoy the variety of workouts from day to day even with the same instructor.

Flexibility of available pool times
We love the ymca and all of the programs it offers. Soccer has been great this year. Heidi and Ali and staff are amazing. Mr Evan is so great with the kids!
