What do you like about our programs and activities?

Aqua exercise classes, yoga and weight room. Instructors are the best...Stephanie and Bridgette. Lifeguards do a super job, keep us safe and happy. Receptionist and maintenance are always friendly and efficient. Couldn't ask for a better management staff. They've added new and innovative programs and supported the traditional ones. The Campbell County YMCA is my happy place!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the Silver Sneakers program! The teachers push us just enough that we feel like we've accomplished something good for our bodies and minds.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

It helps my son who is not in preschool yet be around more kids his age. They teach my son how to take turns and how to be respectful to others!

I'm enjoying the flexibility. Also I can appreciate the pool and lap swims as I am much stronger and continuing to improve with every workout. I like everything I've tried at the Y.
