I came to silver sneakers class with a couple of friends that attend regularly. I belong to Blue Ash Y..The class was a lot of fun and engaging.

The classes I enjoy are both challenging and motivating. The instructors are energetic and knowledgeable I feel fortunate to have this opportunity so close to home.
Love the shallow water exercise programs. The teachers are great! Val, Jessica and Kia are friendly, energetic and challenging.

I take the water aerobics classes and love them. I also have used the weight rooms which have a good selection of equipment. Due to limited mobility that is all I have used so far.
Loved the open gym for our family to play and run around.
I have not tried this location but they offer a lot of programs fir quite a few varieties!
Basically the attitude from everyone from management to Staff remarkable don't see this very often in today's time

Group Exercise is great! Love Silver Sneakers with Kelley and Connie! My favorite class is Zumba Gold with Connie!
Took my first core power class this past Sunday. Class was packed. Workout was challenging. Jen was a great instructor. Talked with me afterwards to see how I liked the class. She was very involved throughout the whole workout.
