Very easy purchasing process. I had no idea what I was looking for or the different options. There was no emphasis on type or cost from the person working the store. He was polite and helpful, ensuring my needs were met. A great experience… and I don’t usually say that about spending 1000 dollars on something I didn’t really need…. And yes, I love it.
