Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The trek bikes are very well made. The only issue I had was related to length of time to receive my bike.if you order a bike it could take months for it to come in.

The genuine way Dean treated me was so refreshing!! It is a pleasant surprise when one finds a professional that genuinely cares for the way they perform their services. Dean was helpful, honest, up-front about how long it will take and his passion for mountain biking came through by giving me tips of where to ride in Georgia once there!! Thank you!!

They had several bikes in stock and the support of the staff was great. We recently took a newly purchased bike in for a odd sound Siri g braking and they quickly and thoroughly inspected tweaked and test drove the bike to fix the problem.
Everyone has been very friendly and professional.

I love the Verve 2 that I purchased. The ride was so smooth.
