I enjoyed personalized service, frank assessment of repair costs, and expedited repairs. My bike had extensive damage and rust to the chain, gears, rear wheel and cables. I was delighted with the results of the repairs as it hadn’t ridden this well since I bought it six years ago. I will certainly return to Trek for all my cycling needs.
