Folsom bike is very friendly and efficient. They know their jibs and seem to enjoy them. They work great as a team. I originally had gone to the Eldorado Hills location and would not recommend anyone to go there. I needed to exchange a helmet that was bought online for a smaller size. The person at the desk didn't know if they can exchange. His coworker said yes but neither of them knew how to do an exchange. So they called a manager to ask and in the end told me they weren't doing any exchanges due to the pandemic. They didn't seem to want to bother with it. Mind you there were only 4 people in the store. Not busy. So I went to the Folsom location. They had a long line but it went fast. While in line they asked what I needed, I told them. When I got to the counter they had another helmet, the size I needed waiting right there. They were super friendly and worked together as a team. Didn't wait long in line at all. I will definitely recommend them and I will keep going out of my way to use this location. I would not recommend the Eldorado Hills location. They need to improve their people skills. Stop giving lame excuses for laziness.
I love both Folsom Bike locations. Very helpful and friendly staff in both Sales and Service.

Erin Gorrell (at Folsom Bike) quickly found a unique part for my 2018 Trek Super Commuter +7 and contacted me within a couple of days that the part was in and ready for pick-up. It was a small part, not many $$$, but Erin really took care of me.

K was very helpful and instrumental in getting my bike it was a last year’s model and it was the last large they had. He was able to order it and have it to me I’m ready to go with in a week.

Undoubtedly the best customer service I have ever had! Best bike place hands down for professionalism, knowledge, and finishing out with a customer until the end. I was helped by Travis and even as busy as they were, he was able to answer every question and made me feel 100% comfortable with my decision, and even helped me load the bike into the truck! I’d give you a 12/10 if I could... thank you again, road the bike already and it’s exactly what I was looking for!
When I brought my bike in a few months ago they replaced my brake pads and I wasn’t happy with how my bike stopped ever since. I just let it go and this last weekend I had to go there for some tubes for my kids bikes. They said their service department was backed up until may 20 so I brought my bike to have them look at it and tell me what to do about the problem myself. The service guy looked at it and asked if I could leave it with him. So I did and I got a call a few hours later saying my bike was done. He replaced my pads and did adjustments and he said it was on them. I work in an industry where I go to at least 10 houses a day. And I definitely recommend you guys. Thanks for making it right. Wish I knew the guys name to give him props.
