I came in for a tune up and I was really impressed with the professionalism of the staff member that assisted me. What's not to like?! This is the second time I went back to buy my twins a set of bikes and it couldn't have been any better. We had bought their own Metro brand before, and this time we ended up with two Treks that should last us a while. You never feel pushed one way or the other, you're always given every option, and they couldn't be any more helpful if they tried. I'll be going back for a bike for myself soon there and recommend them to anyone looking for a bike.

Very helpful in helping me pick out a back rack for my bike and suggesting a new saddle to address numbness — though the saddle hasn’t really made any difference even after a recommended adjustment to its position. I looked for a return policy and it seems to imply that it can’t be returned once used (even if only for a few days, so I feel like $ was spent and problem not resolved.
