I've been using Dan's for over 15 years, now well along on my second bike at this point, (I ride close to 2500 miles per year locally). Until they closed, I used the Stamford, High Ridge Road shop for both purchasing my bike and for servicing. They took very good care of me there and the location was very convenient; just 3 mile away. While I was disappointed to that Dan's outlet in Stamford closed, I picked right up with Ed and his crew a the Darien shop and have been more than satisfied with their prompt and excellent service. I was promised a wait of one week to get back my bike, which needed some major parts replacement. They got it done in less than 5 days which was appreciated. I'll be happy to continue to use Dan's for as long as I'm in the area!

I got a reminder to bring my bike in for a free tuneup, I appreciated the reminder. They should have more specials as the bikes and accessories are very expensive. The workers should offer to help put the bikes in the car, I was struggling. Other than that everything was fine.
