Knowledgeable, and fair. The bike I ordered was too big (although my other bike was a medium as well, some bikes, like sneakers, run big. Rather then just having me take one that was too large, so they can make money, they refunded my money.

Great service from attentive & knowledgeable staff. We bought our 3 year old his first bicycle over the weekend, and they let him try it out all around the store to make sure he loved it. We dropped our own bikes off for tune-ups, and they took them right in & took a look over everything while we were there to make sure they took care of anything that needed some TLC. Plus they were open on Sunday, which none of our local bike stores were! Highly recommended!
