The customer service is unmatched. Edward helped us out and was the best help from start to finish. He described the bikes he recommended and why. He even made sure to explain features in comparison to other bikes/models. He put me on a few bikes outside to make sure the one I chose was comfortable to me and would fit my needs. He spent quite a bit of time with me, even though I expressed in the beginning we were just looking. In the End, that same day, 3 hrs later, we made our way back to purchase the bike recommended by Edward.

The service technician was excellent. As soon as I arrived, he greeted me courteously, diagnosed the problem with my bike and fixed it right away. I especially liked how he asked me to take it for a test ride to make sure the problem was solved. High marks!
