Tour salesperson Ed was excellent. Very knowledgeable, and incredibly nice. He was a pleasure to deal with. All the store personnel that I spoke to over the phone were very professional.

Took a friend there to get him started and was able to get something only suggestion mainly his is a price point/options for kids or beginner cyclist.
