Lou, Lou and Lou! I have operated an automotive service station down the road from your Scarsdale store for over 54 years. I knew the original Danny's family and I consider you to be a small neighborhood business, no matter how many locations you now have. What do I like? Your sales person Lou. What an asset for a business to have. He was extremely patient and familiar with your product line. He immediately informed me that what I came in to purchase was not the bike for me and showed me a better fit It was the same make (Trek) and the same price, just a better bike for me. After the sale, he was still attentive and helpful even though it took me far too long to pick it up. Every time I stopped in the store to tell him I was going to pick it up soon I saw him give the same good customer service to other people and interact well with the other staff in the store. He would be the tie breaker for anyone shopping for a bicycle.
