The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. As it was a big purchase for me, I wanted to take my time shopping for the bike that I felt was the best for me. They asked good questions, listened to what I needed and wanted in a bicycle, and never pressured me or seemed like they were only interested in selling their products. I like the selection of bikes along with the knowledge about bikes the salesman had. He explained everything I needed to know and made sure the bike I selected was right for my needs. Rex was very friendly and patient as I took a bit of time to decide. I will come here first for any future biking needs.

Tue steerer insert fills an otherwise void niche in the marketplace, which safely allows high handlebars with a carbon steerer.
