I only attend at 4:45 am. Monday - Friday. I enjoy using the lap pool @ 5:00 am on either Tuesday or Thursday. Glad there are a few unlocked hand weights in the range from 2 - 6 pounds. Difficult to find one pound size hand weights. The Functional Fitness room improved with the layout/spacing of equipment and weights. The stretching and abs room seems to have made more floor space available for stretching on a mat.
A 6 am program of yoga on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday would be great.
One thing that may be diffcult to address is the noise from the rackett ball. If there is a solution, I hope it is doable. The noise drives me out of the Y.
More elliptical machines with the HIIIT program would be great.

Thank you for the towels & soap in men’s adult locker room.
One concern however…..can locker room attendant please be more mindful of empty soaps in showers?
And can there please be warm water in men’s adult locker sinks. Hard to shave with ice water.

The people and facilities are excellent.
I have not tried the classes yet, but the facility is wonderful. If there is a wait to use machines, it is not long. You are always well-stocked with towels and cleaner. The locker room is well-equipped.
Lots of options, and you have clean facilities along with capable staff.
Variety of weight and cardio machines. Area is walkable. Free parking, at the facility. Accessible 7 days per week. Open early.
There are a wide variety of classes and times that cater to every age group, interest, schedules and this is a great place to meet new friends and create a new community of support.
I like the wide range of the activities and the variance in instructors.

I like the personal trainers, especially Blair. Very motivating. I also like the classes but you may want to get some slower paced spinning classes.
I use the whirlpool and the teaching pool and the Adult Women's locker room. I appreciate that the pool and whirlpool are generally well maintained. The locker room and showers are very clean.

Love the new Tai Chi class! Thank you for including it in your program. Continue loving Marie's chair yoga class. Took advantage of the SECA body composition analysis. It was very revealing and helped me know what I need to do from here. Will do a check up periodically.
Variety of programs. Exercise equipment is well maintained and updated periodically. Staff is great. Members are friendly.

It offers such a variety of classes that anybody could find a class to take. Whether you’re 3 and wanting to do CrossFit kids or 73 and want to take a slow yoga class, you literally can find anything in between.
Love the early start time so I can get in before the workday starts and get out before the traffic starts up.

I like the variety of classes and the spin/RPM classes especially.
My husband loves the racquet ball courts. The pool is lovely. I also love the space provided. For reading, gathering, etc.

The variety of classes that meet the different levels of individual fitness. Also the wellness floor that is well maintained. A clean and pleasant space to workout. The 2 workout rooms opposite the racketball courts need sprucing up. That aside I do love the pleasant atmosphere and have made new friends.

I have enjoyed the Body Pump class with Jennifer on Monday mornings. She is an excellent teacher and always takes the time to encourage us for being there as well as encourage us with technique.
I have also enjoyed Afterburn at various times, mostly 9:00 a.m. and noon.
It is a fun and great combo of a cardio workout plus resistance training.
