What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the 10 a.m. Zumba classes and yoga afterwards. Great instructors are a must. I have been to Zumba Gold at Hamilton Place and it cannot even come close!
I used to enjoy water classes but the chlorine is so strong that it burns my eyes and throat. Wish you had a different system for clean pools.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The YMCA allows both of us to get the right amount of exercise we want at the same time. It has a strong social content too.
The instructors are friendly and full of energy always concerned about keeping the exercises within our capabilities as seniors.

I have not participated any programs or activities. I have only used some of the workout equipment. I have found that the Y has a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The area is always clean and plesant. I enjoy sitting in the spacious lobby for awhile after working out

Friendly front desk staff.
The monthly rate is extremely expensive (single = $52.00 per month.) but other than that, I love the Cleveland YMCA!!
I live in Chattanooga, but drive to this particular YMCA because the classes are worth it!!
