As a senior, I appreciate how welcoming the Y is to older adults and the variety of exercise options it provides. I also appreciate that the Y caters to a wide variety of ages, including teens and children. The Hamilton Y certainly cultivates a friendly, welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
I like the programs offered by the Y, the easy keycard check in procedure, the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the facility, and the convenient hours of operation. I use the Y for yoga classes, and my wife exercises with the machines. Love the Cleveland Y.

The flexibility
All the different activities available, gym, basketball, swimming, all the varieties of different workout programs, supporting the cancer programs and supporting those with various disabilities making it possible to use all the programs the Y has to offer and offering child care and support for children with disabilities. Helping senior adults stay healthy and fit.
The pool, swimming lessons, and personal training sessions are top notch quality! We love the family atmosphere.

I met with Allie (personal trainer) for the 3 free visits. She familiarized me with the machines, assessed my abilities, and designed a workout routine for me. She set up my ActivTrax and I use that for my strength training and to log my cardio. The kids watch area is also fantastic. I love that my son can get some fun exercise in while I workout.
Clean facility, staff works very hard, and the staff that folds/removes towels deserve a raise! They are on top of everything and work very hard. The entire facility is amazing and has great views of downtown

That it’s a great place to get a workout in and that it is a great place where if you are a beginner you can get a trainer to show you what you need to do to get started on loosing weight or just toning up your body and muscles.
Diversity which appeals to a wide variety of family members. Pickle ball is a special favorite. Everyone uses the weights and mom likes weekend yoga classes.
Swimming though I do wish you had more swimming exercise classes in the evenings

I love water aerobics. I wish we had more classes as it is so crowded. We had 43 in our class today. Some new people were asking about aqua classes in the afternoon.

I enjoy yoga, Thai Chi, and swimming.
Maddie’s chair yoga classes are my favorite.
Also like the weight room.
