The coordination between the company and the customer is excellent. No surprises!! The workers are very cordial and work efficiently. Products used seem to clesn really well. I have noticed that spots on my carpet that i have been unable to erase have disappeared even though I have not asked for special attention.

This was our first experience. It was fine. There were items that were not done (ie. light switches, refrigerator handle, etc.), but overall I am satisfied with the job. When I contacted Merry Maids about these items, they offered to come back but I had already cleaned them. So far...a happy customer.

I like that if there is a concern or question, it's easily to contact the office and provide feedback that is actually actioned. The only thing is that it is a bit pricier than I'd like, but I know that I get a guaranteed service, with bonded personnel.
I like the way the appliances look after the girls are done. They do a great job. Most of the girls are really good. Particularly like Raedeanne. Very friendly and does a great job
