The maids were very nice and did an excellent job cleaning. They were prompt and polite.
One disappointment was that I had planned for a 3 hour clean as explained to me on the phone and left on a phone message. They said since they brought 3 instead of 2 people they would only clean for an hour and a half. (Although at that rate they should have cleaned 2 hours and fifteen minutes.) They set a timer and stopped right at an hour and a half so 4 windows were not cleaned. They had asked me to list priorities and windows were the top.
I am very grateful for the service since with my lung issues with my cancer and balance issues I have been unable to climb up or do heavy smell cleaning like the oven.

I want to know what is the machine they used to clean my tile floors! Also what was used in the machine. I haven't been able to get these floors cleaned since I moved in. June of 2005! I'm not kidding I truly want to know!
Very prompt service. I’m a project manager for a commercial construction company and I had a very important site visit that I wanted cleaned. I called Merry Maids and spoke to Miss Christina and she stopped by the site, gave me a quote very quickly and she had a crew onsite the next day. She was very professional both on the phone and during the site visit. I was very impressed with her professionalism and her willingness to help me get the building cleaned before the site visit in such a short notice. I highly recommend Merry Maids!

Everything! Both ladies were Professional and very nice. They verified what I needed done and they went to work.
I stayed on my bed so they weren’t bothered by me or my dog walking around. could finish on time and concentrate. The bathroom was spic and span. The disinfectant had a strong smell but it was needed.
The floors all through the house smelled good and you could see how clean they were. The products are impressive and work better than anything I’ve used. The faucets shined and the water deposits gone! I was so happy with their work.
PS : I had a tiny pc of stained glass hung where it should not have been. It got cracked during cleaning. They offered to replace or pay for it and even the office called me to apologize. Their honesty is 5 STAR
I said no to paying or replacing it. It was an old object and of no value.
A week later the Company sent me a card and a nice little “I’m Sorry” gift !!!!!! I was honestly overwhelmed at the Pride and Loyalty to their customers. I wouldn’t use anyone else to clean my home. 5 STAR people and standards.

First of all I like being to have my special time and date..I love my captain, Jackie, not her real name, I can not pronounce it and she says I can call her Jackie. I love the promised time slot. The ladies are very courteous and you do'nt mind them coming into your home. I am an old woman, 76 with a broken back and artificial leg. Thus I need you all badly. I have been a customer for many years and would always recomend you. Kathy and Christina are very easy to work with.
