It was easy to set up and I didn't have to do anything but let the cleaners in and check them out.
The "A Team" of Alice and Lisa, with their exceptional approach to cleaning as not just a job but a pleasure to go beyond the client's expectations, left a really high bar for my judgment when they both left Merry Maids during the pandemic.
However, Kelly and her team have been responsive to my input and have done a good job. Last week's team was new to us and the organization of their work was different and somewhat disruptive; the cleaning was acceptable. I found that some details were different, e.g., the glass-top tables were dusted but not spray cleaned.
The office staff is always excellent, doing their best to arrange requested timing. As the face of Merry Maids, they are tops.
Visits of supervisors are much appreciated and valued.
