Friendly and efficient- easy to schedule and great follow-up. I was surprised when someone from the company showed up to do quality control towards the end of the service. This was a one time clean for a new listing and they did a very thorough job for my client.
Sarai does a great job. However her helper changes frequently but usually leaves before getting broken in. When Sarai is by herself the house sparkles.
When she uses scented product the house smells as good as it looks. My husband often comments on it.
The ladies who clean my house work steadily as a team. The house is totally cleaned to my satisfaction every time they come. The products used work very well. I really like the fact that they are pet-compatible—- particularly since one of my cats loves to stroll into the kitchen when the Merry Maids are done and wallow in the cleaned kitchen floor.
