I used your cleaning service for the first time for my new condo in Frederick, MD, and was thoroughly pleased with the punctuality, professionalism, and friendly service. My sister and I used Merry Maids services in the past for my mother's house in New York, so I knew I was getting top notch service. I love the products used. My house looks and smells so clean, and most importantly I don't have to spent hours mopping, dusting, etc. Carmen and Angela did a fantastic job! The crew did a great job cleaning our home. We had some calcium build up in our toilets and shower and they cleaned it and it looks brand new now! The two ladies who did the cleaning were very polite and wanted to make sure everything was cleaned to my standard. Highly recommend them!

When the Merry Maids team was done with our first cleaning, everything was perfect! They didn't miss a speck of dust on surfaces or hard water marks on the glass shower door and there was no strong smell of cleaning products. Office service is friendly and easy to work with.

The workers were very thorough and worked hard and were very nice. It would be better however, if at least one of them was fluent in English. One indicated no English, and the other indicated she knew only a little, but they still got the job done.
I would recommend your service to others, with the only drawback being the high cost of Spring cleaning.
