The cleaning crew does a thorough and very good job of cleaning. The products used do not have a harsh chemical smell and clean very well, especially on surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom. The ladies are always pleasant and courteous.

Staff and ease of scheduling service
I had a not so great experience with another team. The leadership team was able to have somebody come into my house and clean and it was so wonderful to feel heard and to have such amazing people do such amazing work.

I have been a customer of Merry Maids for over 10 years! They do a good job, fix anything that was inadvertently missed during the cleaning process and are usually prompt.
My only concern is that given competition from other services, consideration should be given to revising the hourly rate down (especially for long term customers).
