She is not only a professional in every sense of the word, but she is also a genuinely nice person who cares about our satisfaction with her work. Even when ours is probably her last house of the day, she is smiling and asks how we are, We would not want to be without her.

I like the fact that the same lady cleans my house each time (twice monthly). Sometimes she uses a cinnamon-scented cleaner which is very nice. She's always friendly and gets right to work!
