I love being able to come home to a clean house and generally think the housekeepers do a good job of cleaning the house. I hired Merry Maids because I am at work a lot and don’t have time to keep up with housekeeping so it is nice to have people to help.
However, sometimes I am actually home when they come in and sitting in another room and can hear them very loudly complaining about my house/other customers/etc when they don’t realize I am actually there. Also, I am a nurse that works night shift and requested to not have my bedrooms cleaned in order for me to be able to sleep during the day. Sometimes the housekeepers are very loudly yelling these complaints across the house to each other and I am woken up by the loud voices and sometimes cursing. I understand the complaining because we all do it about our jobs, however I just wish it wasn’t in earshot of me or so disruptive. I would probably be fired at my own job if I routinely complained very loudly in front of my own patients that I don’t want to care for them or thought that caring for them was too difficult or used offensive language. I complain in a private location.
Additionally, it would be nice to lock my door on the way out but it’s not a big deal because I’m usually home and awake from the loud yelling anyway so I just can lock it myself when they leave.
Anyway, I would recommend Merry Maids for the cleaning part. I also have had really great interactions with the team leaders and the people who I’ve spoken with via phone. Just really not happy with the other things I’ve mentioned above, but I think that they are fixable.
The ladies that cleaned were very friendly and professional. They did a great job!

The staff of Merry Maids is friendly and easy to work with. It is easy to work out scheduling. The cleaning is always excellent. And they have been so helpful and flexible during recent construction and painting projects.
It was a very thorough cleaning. I will definitely recommend and use this company again. I didn't understand why my toaster was moved to be by the coffee pot instead of where I had it, but was very satisfied by the cleaning that was done.
K and M did a marvelous job today! I could not have expected or imagined their attention to detail. I came home to a superbly clean house that just smelled wonderful. Thank you so much!

The ladies are polite and work well. We enjoy talking with them. They have been missing a couple of rooms and we have not talked to them about. We will speak to them in a pleasant way and don't anticipate any problems. This could be due to a change in the crew that services our home. What is important to us is that we have the same crew whenever possible.
You have been providing great service to us for many years now and we look forward to continuing our relationship with Merry Maids.

Jessica(the person that came to my home) Very professional, courteous, friendly & thorough. My place looks so much bigger after the cleaning. She was fast BUT the quality of the cleaning was AWESOME!
