I like the scent of the products used. I also like that harsh abrasives are not used. Employees are dependable. They come when scheduled. If anything is not cleaned to my satisfaction it is recleaned .

The two woman who cleaned our apartment were friendly and worked very hard. We are both disabled and try to keep everything as clean as possible, but can't always reach certain areas. The apartment sparkled when they were done.

Consistently reliable, professional and well-trained teams who bring all eco-friendly products with them, but if you have a product you prefer they use, and it is not toxic, they will use it. They are licensed, bonded, back-ground checked and insured. I feel safe away from home when they are here, but I always secure my valuables and meds as a habit even when my relatives visit.
It is such a joyous experience to return home after they have been here. They do baseboards and shutters and so much more. I am a 'clean-nik' myself but they go deeper than I do. I have a 28' ceiling sky light and they have the tools to suck the spiders and webs from there and all the other high ceilings I have, including the fans and lights I can't reach.
They also do special projects you might need prior to guest arrivals or just because there are issues you don't want to deal with. It is best to call the office first if you think it is beyond their usual scope of work. The office staff is great and very responsive. They can work around your schedule within reason if you go on vacation or whatever unexpected life situations come up.
When a team member quits, is sick or goes on vacation, no worries. A competent team member fills in temporarily. You never have to worry. If you don't like your team for any reason, this company will do everything they can to find the right people to fulfill your needs. After over 10 happy years with Merry Maids, I can't imagine trusting my home and cleaning to anyone else.
