Friendly and helpful staff! Very clean and well taken care of!
We love how enthusiastic and supportive the staff have been, from encouraging potty training to selecting and putting away their own books. Both of our sons are thoroughly enjoying their first week of school. They are full of stories about their day and eager to go back each morning. Pictures and documentation of their daily activities, learning, and fun are so reassuring to see and communication home is clear, organized and upbeat. We would absolutely recommend to other parents!
This week my son went for summer camp at the y chipmunks preschool, he had such a good time. The teachers are amazing. My son has some disabilities and the teacher made it a wonderful week for him and working with him. The teachers have a lot of patience and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys for making this week a wonderful experience for us. Thank you again.

Easy to access activities and classes, friendly staff.
Associates are very friendly and accommodating . They ensure that myself and my child are receiving a quality experience at the Y. Considering that my child is on the spectrum , I truly appreciate the extra mile that is taken so that he feels welcome and comfortable.
Chipmunks Preschool is wonderful. My child has grown leaps and bounds in this environment. It's a perfect mix of learning, play, and nurturing.
We've had a wonderful experience with the Y. They have been inclusive of our family, with having divorced and same-sex parents. I really appreciate the effort they make to have us feel welcomed. My daughter loves her teachers and enjoys all of the school activities.

Friendly staff. Very family oriented which is good for our kids. Coaches for sports mix are very good with the kids. Pool staff is excellent
Our son Matthew has grown so much in the short time he's been with the y preschool. We know he's well cared for and loved by the staff.
I like that my child is learning something new always. I appreciate how from the director to the teachers everyone communicates with the parents. I also love the fact that tadpoles give parents a look inside the classroom to see exactly what our child has done for the day.

The Betty Sterner Y Preschool has been everything our family could hope for and more! The staff is friendly, helpful, and communicative and the nurturing environment has been perfect for my kids.
Teachers are very nice. The facility is nice and very clean. My son has thrived, and is excited to go to school every day. I like the Tadpoles app where I can easily communicate with my son's teacher. I also enjoy seeing photos of him at school through the private Facebook group.
Ms. Michika and her team are wonderful! My kids are happy, safe and learning.

We love Chipmunks. The program is really well put together, the teachers and staff are amazing and you can tell they really care about the students. My children are thriving at school and my son (4) is an extremely shy introvert who is very very clingy. He hops in the car to go to school in the morning. My expectations of this program were not only met but exceeded.
You guys are so organized, answer all questions before they’re even asked and are amazing with the kids!
We love Y Chipmunks Preschool! The teachers are consistently going above and beyond for the children & families, and their love for their students is very evident. Our daughter just entered kindergarten after being at Chipmunks for 3 years, and is thriving! I know we can attribute much of that to the Chipmunks program and teachers.
The teachers are amazing! We have been so happy with our chipmunks experience. This is our second year and we love the school. Next year we will have two chipmunks and we can’t wait to continue our journey with this outstanding school.
Since being at the Y preschool in Catonsville, I can tell a difference in my daughters day to day demeanor. I’m glad I chose this center because Mr. Bob and Ms. Vonda are amazing. They have been very helpful with any questions or concern I have. Arie has made so many of the teachers come up to me and tell me that they just love her and how sweet she is. Her teachers Mrs. Ester and Mrs. Tina are the right two teachers for her class. They are experienced and highly talked about and that is a big deal for me. Arie even has Mrs. Shelly and I feel so bad because I don’t know the other sweet young ladies name but they take the time out to fix her hair and give her some extra loving for me. All of room 1 teachers, I want you to know I appreciate you and me and arie are so glad we have you. Even the teachers that aren’t in the room with her, thank you for loving on her as well. Being a single mom, it’s hard juggling everything on my own and I’m not the best at coming up with hairstyles so you all are a blessing to me. I have seen a change in Arie’s mood when getting up in the morning for school and her awareness of our morning routine. Thanks again for everything you all do for her.
