The instructor is so patient with the kids. My grandson is so comfortable with his instructions. I plan on signing him up for more lessons

I have truly enjoyed my visits at the Y. The teachers are awesome. I would like if the water was regulated at a warm temperature everyday

I enjoy the classes , the instructors are great, friendly and funny. The hours are convenient. I also like that I can shower after my classes.

What do you like about your Y experience?

I go to the 7:00 o clock class. My instructor Karen is so wonderful. I look forward to seeing her on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for a good workout. There’s always something to do besides the water aerobics. What a wonderful experience.

Water aerobics is a wonderful way to exercise for older adults and those needing physical therapy. The Y is also a great place for socializing and making new friends.
