The Center staff are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The front desk staff are attentive and assists in assuring my visits are A-One.
The life guards are always alert and attentive at all times while kids, families, instructors and swimmers are on the deck and in the pool. They make sure that everyone abides by the Center's rules for safety.
The swim instructors are patient and knowledgeable in giving instruction to members.

The Randallstown swim center doesn’t have the amenities like other centers but it’s big on love! We are more than members, we are family! The culture at this Y is phenomenal!

I like the aqua arthritis and the water 💧 fitness classes. I also like the fellowship among the people from the instructors to the people in each class.

Nothing
I’ve seen considerable improvement with cleanliness, the number of lifeguards, and receptionists. The pool is very clean. I like the outreach activities.
We still need an instructor for the 6:00 class.
The deck needs to be cleaned more regularly.
Once in a while we’d like to see the director during the opening hours.
All of the staff I’ve had dealings with are so friendly and helpful!
