Classes start on time. The instructors that I have had have been excellent. They've been welcoming, professional, and friendly. The environment is kept clean, and staff is on duty to keep it safe. The receptionist are helpful, when information is needed. The use of text, and email, to give notices about schedule changes is helpful. It is helpful that the display of flyers, schedules, and other notices, are place where they are easily visible to members.
Warm pool , close location and open lanes to swim. I was able to celebrate my 65 th birthday by swimming 6500 yds. last week

The staff at the Randallstown Swim Center are very nice and informative. The locker room is always clean and I really like the various aquatic exercise classes offered.
Friendliness, time schedule, and the instructors are good.
I have enjoyed the water fitness, cycling and yoga classes at the Y. I also enjoy the fellowship at Y.
