Pool and is clean and well maintained. Locker rooms, bathrooms and showers are also well maintained. Staff is friendly. Lifeguards actually do their jobs and do them very well. Fun for the whole family. Also it’s a wonderfully priced.

Lap swim always available
I go to the Y in Dundalk to take the Arthritis Exercise Class. Nora is fantastic. She explains each exercise and why it is helpful. She pays close attention to participants and makes sure the are doing exercises correctly and at their own pace. She makes the class fun and the 50 minutes passes too quickly. She has even found a way to find pool tone for and extra class each week. Having three slots is wonderful.

We had a good time
The Y is at a convenient location. I enjoy the water classes, but the lesson are too early. The water classes are the only experience I have had within the first week I have attended. Everyone are very nice at the Y.
