Hats off to Maggie Yates for the outstanding
job she does with the Programs that she is
responsible for at the Parkville Y. She did a nice job putting the Holiday Breakfast together.
Everything was well organized. Everyone
enjoyed the variety of items on the buffet.
The children were actually involved in a
variety of activities including crafts & seeing Santa. Great job Maggie.

The new Expresso bikes with new courses.. Only one major fault with them and that is on the menu for course to select, the "STUDIO" is a great workout but you can not stand up on this bike to do the speed work in the video.
