I like the fact that the pool is not very crowded and I can access a lane to swim
The staff is friendly and helpful
The cleanliness is good
And the machines are not too full when I go to exercise

What do you like about your Y experience?

Nice and clean environment, staffs are professional, helpful, attentive, pleasant, accommodating and accommodating. The members are friendly and I’m really comfortable being there.
The equipments looks new and clean and I can’t wait to start my workout in the near future. I’m also looking forward to start participating in classes offered.

Very friendly helpful staff. Improvements to the center over the past year. Still need improvements to pool. Water starting to cloud up and summer increased use is upon us

What do you like about your Y experience?

It has a warm and welcoming climate which is crucial for learning. All teachers are patient and dedicated and work hard every day. The staff work together to ensure all kids are taken care of. Mrs. Celina and Ms. Robyn are amazing.

I love the studio rooms! They're always freed up during the day. Very large and spacious if you do need to share.

Friendly staff and members. Have improved the dirty cloudy pool water for now and repairs to clocks, women's locker room showers and suit spinner seem to be underway

I’ve been going to the Y for several years the people there are so friendly staff is wonderful. This is my favorite place to go to meet friends talk to the staff going to different classes yoga I was going to Perry Hall from 2015 and now I am going to Parkvill some of my favorite people came from Perry Hall.to Parkville, especially Curl. And another instructor she was at Perry Hall and now she’s at Parkvill. Her name might be Teresa. I’m not sure you can ask curl all the instructors are very nice and very helpful. The people that work at the front Desk’s is very supportive. Very friendly always :-) and saying good morning and I have a nice day when you are leaving the Y Roby have a beautiful staff at Parkvill. You guys do not need to change anything. Just keep the staff and the new manager. He is very nice always walking around check-in speaking to people and asking them hottie Ben if he haven’t seen them in a while he was like oh I miss you guys so he’s a really friendly manager. Parkvill have a blessed team.
