Everything about the staff is great. The classes are the best I’ve ever attended. The instructors are very knowledgeable about the body parts, joints and muscles that we are working on. My only challenge is the facility is in need of serious upgrades. I’ve worked out at YWCA’s from the South to the Midwest and at least one was a residential facility. None of them was never in the shape as this. If there’s a building capital fundraising campaign I would like to contribute.
