I like the variety that the Y offers. Not only do you have a large selection on f yoga classes but I can also use the the equipment at the gym. The Y offers more classes than the local fitness clubs.

I like the variety of equipment in the fitness room as well as the availability of the pool for simply exercising, not swimming. I also like the staff very much.
In addition I appreciate the various causes that the Y embraces. I contribute to some of them. Finally, sometimes there are free products like a healthy snack offered to members and I like getting something out of my norm as a treat.
The hours are good although I hope that they will return to pre-COVID days soon.

I like it all. I can go into the gym and workout. I can swim if I want to, I meet friends I’ve made there and I see my former neighbors. Everyone is friendly, thoughtful and helpful if needed.
