Very clean and friendly
The great staff
Specifically, Renee Wilhide. If she was not there, I most likely would stop going. She’s so motivating. There aren’t many programs for seniors, of course you can down step your intensity however, she has so much knowledge and she shares information for why we’re doing whatever we’re doing. She’s not a hidden gem because every scene is in her classes adores her.
Maureen also knows how to instruct seniors. Many of the others do not do the same justice to a senior. And there are lots of programs for children and very fit people or young people.
I love the pool that’s a new discovery. That keeps me safe no matter who is the instructor. I cannot hurt my hips in my knees and my ankles, etc..
I love the front staff. They’re very welcoming and they’re just funny and entertaining when they wear different outfit outfits and costume costumes.
I hope you ask me what I don’t like to.
The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The family swim hours are flexible enough that we can usually find a period that works around our summer and school schedule. I enjoy that the workout room is not usually crowded.

The front desk staff that greets you when you first walk in the building is always super friendly and helpful.
Visits to the Y are great. The staff are supportive, helpful and very friendly. Exercise equipment is plentiful and for me, seldom is there a wait to use equipment. The guests are also friendly and polite. I love the fact that the Y is so supportive of the community. The Food Mart helps out anyone with food for families several times a month. Fundraisers are utilized to ensure children can attend summer camp. There are opportunities to bring guests. Grandparents and parents can leave children in a supervised area to allow to family members to work out. The Y does a great job meeting the needs of the individual and the community.
Clean environment. Great employees and instructors. Friendly atmosphere. Multiple classes to attend. I appreciate that the classes are included,with a couple of exceptions, in the monthly cost.

Would suggest lighting change for studio where yoga is taught. One bright light in the middle of the room is jarring. Instructor was great but the overhead light is not. I understand you have to have some light for safety purposes but surely there is another solution.
Very nice staff. They are very helpful and informative. The facility is clean and the pool is well maintained. Good location and price.

I was a member about 15 years ago and loved it then and now that I have kids I love it even more. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.
