My whole family is involved! I can work out with my 12 year old while my 10 year old is rock wall climbing, playing ping pong or playing games on the computers while my twin 4 year olds are playing games and making crafts!
The year round pools are favorites of course and I love the amount of excellent equipment including the newest Queen X and the stretching equipment!
The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Always something to get involved in! Love the healthy snack bar.
Classes for everyone, camps and events, we couldn't be happier with our choice to join the Y and we drive 40 minutes to enjoy it!

Issue I have is communication with your customers--seems sketchy. Never did get a pool gate closure notice until the pool closed. I have called SEVERAL times to ensure I am on a list.
I was just told that the pool gate reopens in summer--wondering why all the dissatisfaction that was generated for 6 months.

I really like this club. Great space, plenty of equipment, clean. The only complaint is that the women’s locker room is literally an ice box!

When you walk in the front door you will always receive a welcome friendly greeting. The staff is very informed and if they don’t know the answer they will find another staff member.
Abbey the water aerobics instructor is OUTSTANDING she is extremely intelligent about aerobics and how to teach with empathy and understanding She’s aware of her class accomplishments as well as their limitations as a result of chronic illness and old injuries.
She’s family oriented about our families as well as her family. She is a definite asset to the Y of Arnold

I like to indoor therapy pool.
However, recently you have stripped that pool of many of its accessories useful to my therapy workouts.
There are fewer flotation belts; fewer small foam dumbbells, and - especially - there are NO aquatic underwater resistance bells. So I cannot work out my upper body as I wish!

My coach is so motivating and you can tell she really loves what she is doing. Heather is terrific. I may have not lost weight but I feel stronger and healthier. The program os great.

Wonderful in Annapolis you provide time n space fotr mentally diisadvantaged youth. Try and expand activities to financilaly pressed military and neighborhood families . Summer camps serve a productive purpose. Don Schroeder
