Aqua fitness for Senior Citizens
I like how there seems to be a high presence of staff so if I have a question or issue I can easily find someone. I also love the various types of equipment that are available to use.

Very well maintained, clean and managed. Friendly staff, clean showers with endless hot water. A very wide selection of classes every day, with really good instructors.

The young man who I signed up with (King is his name) was so nice!~ and then my first class was so much fun! (barre on Thursday night at the Arnold YMCA). It was exactly what I needed! I enjoyed the group so much. I have missed being part of a gym even though I have a Pelaton at home!
